In 2006 Cornhusker Hybrids, LLC was begun to provide a commercial outlet for the corn inbreds and hybrids developed by our sister companies Great Plains Genetics, LLC and Benson Seed Research, LLC.

In 2009 we are focusing our efforts on bringing high yielding corn hybrids from our breeding venture Great Plains Genetics, LLC to the marketplace. In order to meet our timeline of hybrid introduction in 2010 we made the decision to make our core business corn breeding. We will also incorporate the contract services of inbred development, transgenic testing, small lot seed production, and artificial brittle snap testing.

This new and improved company Cornhusker Hybrids, LLC will continue to provide great value to our client’s research efforts while allowing us to synergize our product development efforts to make a commercial hybrid launch in 2010.
